Grief Counselling

Counselling can help make sense of those emotions and can make you feel heard with what you are experiencing. They are all natural emotions to experience with grief and vary with each individual. There is no right or wrong way to grieve and no time limit on when you will feel back to feeling like your ‘old self’. With grief some or all of these emotions can become overwhelming and sometimes speaking to a person outside of your close family network, confidentially, can be very beneficial.

Our experienced counsellors will arrange with you a convenient time to meet every week for a 50 minute session for 12 weeks. If you prefer to have counselling from your home we can offer sessions via Zoom. Otherwise we offer counselling in High Barnet. Our Counsellors are non-judgemental and are here to listen to you, however you feel, and to assist you in finding a way to work through your grief.
